Back to basics

Right now we should all be pumped. Ready to take our karate to the next level or belt. The important thing to remember at times like these is that the foundations of our karate hinge on the basic forms and drills. Punching, blocking, kicking with shoulders down - relaxed, calm and focussed. Remember to use your hips and to show full technique.

By practicing with the above in mind you will also improve your more advanced techniques. Please give me 100% focus until the end of the month.
