Follow-Along Kata Library
Whether you’re just starting out or preparing for your next Dan grading, having the right guidance makes all the difference. That’s why we’re proud to share this official kata video library with our Karate Bristol community.
Our worldwide union has created a valuable resource for all students across all Dan levels — each kata is demonstrated clearly, so you can follow along and refine your technique at home or in the dojo.

Under the guidance of our 9th Dan Sensei Chris Mileham, our students seeking black belts, can progress beyond to 2nd Dan and above. To do this it requires the attendance of 3 courses per year (in advance of your grading).
A SHUKOKAI ENGLAND and EKF REGISTERED CLUB
It is necessary for all students to hold an English Karate Federation (EKF) licence which is paid annually to our governing body Shukiokai England (SE). The licence can be obtained using the SE link but usually given when joining.
Like all other reputable clubs, gradings are additional and take place when a student reaches a required level.
